A Passion to Get Kids Cooking!
Trisha Lenihan is the founder of the Duck Egg & Lime Kids Cooking School. She grew up surrounded by a large extended family in the small country village of O’Callaghan’s Mills in County Clare, in the west of Ireland. It was in these family kitchens that her love for food blossomed.
After years working in the hospitality and service industry, Trisha decided to set up the cooking school to share her culinary skills with the children of Clare. She now runs Kids Cooking Camps and Kids Cooking Parties from the purpose built kitchen at the East Clare Community Co-op, in Scariff.
In 2017 she published the hugely successful Duck Egg & Lime Kids Recipe & Activity Workbook.
