You Will Need
- 1 pot of baby organic yogurt (any flavour)
- 5 Raspberries
- 2 tbsp of chia seeds or organic oats
How to Prepare
- Sprinkle of cinnamon.
- Mash the raspberries using a fork in a bowl.
- Add your chia seeds/oats, cinnamon & yogurt pot.
- Mix well
- Cover and place in the fridge for a couple of hours or overnight
