I hope all of you are super excited to kick-start the Duck Egg & Lime Eat Well Plan! To avoid information overload and to gently ease you into the plan, I have included the recipes to get you from Sunday through to Tuesday.
Over the weekend, your first assignment will be to do your weekly shop. Our shopping list covers everything you will need for the week. Not only will you save on money but it will also save on food waste.
I have also a couple of product recommendations too… For example, you can get a Free Range Irish Chicken from Aldi for just €5.99. To save time making your own brown bread, why not use a ‘cheat’ product. We recommend Odlums ‘Bake your own‘ product range mix.
Food Planning/preparation tips:

Ensure you make enough for Thursday’s lunch!
- Brown Bread
Make two loaves if you have a large family. You can always freeze one. If there is only yourself, then cut the loaf in half and freeze for another day!
The ginger and lemon juice will act as a preservative, ideal for making your juice the night before.
